IMPORTANT!
We have made an incredibly bold, forward move. It has changed our lives for the better for ever. I don't think our family will ever be the same! We have unanimously decided to change the spelling of the dog's (simon) name. It has changed from Simon to Psymon. Please diarize this point, meditate on it day and night, and modify your lifestyles accordingly. If you have not broken down and wept when you read this post, you are an extremely cold, hard, emotional stone wall. Please remember us as we try to cope with this incredible adjusment.

Psymon is a really funky spelling. It kind of reminds me of Psyduck (from Pokemon. Yeah, I know, I'll burn in hell for liking it), but that just makes me smile.
I will be thinking of you as you deal with this understandably very hard time of accepting a new spelling for an old friend.

I'm just kidding... I think Psyduck.. I mean Psymon would be a great name. More creative even than my dog's name: Arena.

*traumatized* Although I can see where the change was most absolutely necessary for the growth of, well, something, I will always look back in mournful fondness at the blissful days of Simon. But we must keep our chins up, dahling, put on a brave face, and embrace the new age of Psymon.

I say nothing, except that anonymous's premise is wrong.
i got the secretive enail, but didnt have time to reply. so, i will get to it soon, dont you worry, echuckler. and psymon himself had gone for counselling to learn to accept this change in name, and thus maybe even face. daniel ( a guy at school) has accepted the job of counselling, and will start his new job, next week.
What happened to Rupert you mean. Renwick stuck his spoon in the wall years ago.
